🌍 Why Concentrated Slush Syrups Are the Greener Option

Pre-mixed frozen drinks and ready-made slush pouches may seem convenient, but they often involve:

Excessive plastic packaging
Large carbon footprints from transport (due to water weight)
Single-use materials that can’t be recycled

Our concentrated slush syrups are different.

Each 100ml pouch is designed to be mixed with cold water and base mix at home, significantly reducing shipping weight and packaging waste. You’re not paying to ship water — just powerful flavour.

♻️ Recyclable Packaging

All of our slush syrup pouches and base mix bottles are made using recyclable plastic. After you’ve made your frozen drink, just rinse and pop the container into your household recycling bin (check your local guidelines to be sure).

💡 Less Waste, More Servings

Because our syrups are highly concentrated, a little goes a long way. One 100ml pouch makes a full tank of slush, which produces around 1.8–2 litres of frozen drink — perfect for groups, parties, and families.

That means fewer bottles, fewer trips to the shop, and less packaging overall. One small pouch = up to 8 servings. That’s big flavour with a smaller footprint.

🧃 Clean Ingredients = Clean Conscience

In 2023, we made the decision to completely remove glycerol from all of our slush syrups. This was in response to updated FSA guidance about the health concerns surrounding glycerol in slush products.

By returning to our original sugar-based recipe, we’ve simplified our ingredient list — and created a cleaner, safer product that avoids the need for synthetic additives.
