Subscription Service Terms & Conditions

These Subscription Terms & Conditions govern your use of the subscription service offered by Florida Syrups (“we”, “us”, “our”). By subscribing to any of our products, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Overview
Our subscription service allows customers to receive selected products on a recurring basis at a discounted price. Subscriptions are flexible and can be managed at any time through your customer account.
2. Subscription Orders & Billing
- When you subscribe, your first order is processed immediately at checkout.
- Subsequent orders will be processed automatically based on your selected billing interval (e.g. monthly).
- Payment will be taken automatically using your selected payment method on each renewal date.
- The next billing date is displayed in your My Account → Subscriptions section.
3. Pricing & Discounts
- Subscription pricing may differ from one-time purchase pricing.
- Any discounts applied are valid only while the subscription remains active.
- We reserve the right to update subscription pricing at any time, with reasonable notice where applicable.
4. Order Fulfilment & Delivery
- Each successful renewal generates a new order which will be processed and dispatched in line with our standard delivery terms.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery details are correct and up to date.
5. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time via your account dashboard:
My Account → Subscriptions
From here, you can:
- View subscription details
- Check your next payment date
- Update your payment method
- Pause or cancel your subscription
- Renew your subscription early using “Renew Now”
6. Pausing Your Subscription
- You may pause your subscription at any time.
- While paused:
- No payments will be taken
- No orders will be generated
- You can resume your subscription at any time via your account.
7. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Cancellation will stop all future payments and deliveries.
- Orders already processed prior to cancellation cannot be reversed.
8. Renewals & “Renew Now”
- Subscriptions renew automatically on the scheduled billing date.
- The “Renew Now” feature allows you to trigger an immediate order outside your normal schedule.
- When used, payment will be taken immediately and a new order will be created.
9. Payment Failures
- If a payment fails, your subscription may be paused or the associated order may not be processed.
- You are responsible for updating your payment details to resume service.
10. Changes to Subscription Products
- Subscription products and availability may change over time.
- If a product becomes unavailable, we may:
- Contact you with alternatives, or
- Cancel the affected subscription
11. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, including:
- Email address
- Delivery address
- Payment details
Failure to keep this information up to date may result in delays or failed deliveries.
12. No Commitment
- There are no minimum terms or long-term commitments.
- You are free to pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
13. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by third-party delivery services
- Failed payments due to incorrect customer information
- Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page.
