Your Rights
At Florida Syrups Ltd, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason.
How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at sales@floridasyrups.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will respond with return instructions.
You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the items are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used syrups or concentrates.
- Perishable goods where the seal has been broken.
- Custom-made or personalised products.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us at returns@floridasyrups.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request a photo of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, at no extra cost to you.
